Girl Cat

Girl Cat came to us a scrappy little stray, and we brought her in and watched her grow into a beautiful, big house cat. This tortoiseshell beauty had the sass and confidence that makes torties so unforgettable—what some call “tortitude”—and she carried it with style.

Her green eyes were impossible to forget, bright and full of life, and her gentle, caring nature made her the unofficial nursemaid of the household. She always made sure the other cats were okay, keeping an eye on everyone with patience and love.

We miss her dearly, but she now rests in the Brandenburg Family Pet Cemetery in Foxville, Maryland, leaving behind memories of her kindness, her sass, and the quiet way she made the house feel complete.
