Marsha Anne Shriner

Marsha Anne (Clarke) Shriner, 84, of Fayetteville, PA, formerly of Emmitsburg, MD, passed away on February 28, 2024, at Paramount Senior Living in Chambersburg, PA. She was the loving wife of the late Mehrle F. Shriner Jr. for 45 years. Born October 14, 1939, in Tacoma Park, MD, she was the devoted daughter of the late Charles H. and Betty V. (Stull) Clarke. She was also predeceased by her sister, Constance Marie (Clarke) Adelsberger.

Marsha was a graduate of Thurmont High School and attended Hagerstown Business School. She was the Administrative Assistant for her husband’s company, David Contractors. She became a homemaker whose greatest joy in life was taking care of her family, she was the primary caregiver for her husband Mehrle prior to his passing as well as other family members and friends. She was involved with Al-Anon for over 20 years. 

She is survived by her son, David F. Shriner and wife Mary; two grandchildren, Bethany Shriner and Andrew Shriner; a great-granddaughter, Aubrey Shriner; Sister-in-law, Carol Martin and husband, Dennis Martin, and Brother-in-law, John Adelsberger.

Marsha will be interred next to her husband at Resthaven Memorial Gardens, 9501 Catoctin Mountain Highway, Frederick, MD on Tuesday, March 5^th at 11 am.
