Michael Clayton "Plumber" McLaughlin, 70, of Sellbyville, DE, passed away peacefully at his home on Friday, June 16th 2023, after a short battle with cancer. He was born on June 16th 1953, in Santa Monica, CA and grew up in Maryland and Delaware.
A life long plumber by trade, Michael also installed storm shutters for East Coast Shutters before retirement. He enjoyed fishing, playing pool, and watching the Redskins. He was an excellent cook and handyman. He loved his cats and was an honest man with a kind heart.
He was preceded in death by his mother, Myrna M. Mahon, and ex-wife Suzan McLaughlin (Davis). He is survived by his partner Carol Bradd, daughter Heather Holman (McLaughlin) and husband Allen; grandson Ryan Holman, sister Kyle McLaughlin, and best-friend Paul LeCates.
He continued his generous nature by donating his body to science via the Anatomy Gifts Registry. A scattering of ashes will take place at a later date.
